Rachel Lankaster, founder of the Magnificent Midlife Movement, saw the ways in which midlife women were feeling stuck and empathized with them. Rachel herself is a woman that’s gone through menopause and knows the struggles that come with entering midlife as a woman. Through Magnificent Midlife, Rachel offers counseling, courses, and other resources to help midlife women struggling with their identity. Rachel Lankester

Rachel Lankester is the found of the Magnificent Midlife Movement, a program designed to empower and educate midlife women on how to handle menopause and aging. Having gone through early menopause at 41 years old, Rachel has first-hand experience with the emotional and physical tolls menopause can have on the mind and body. She also knows the struggles of feeling stuck and doubting yourself as you age. Now, at 53 years old, Rachel is taking her knowledge and using it to help women going through the same thing. Magnificent Midlife Movement offers mentoring, courses, and other resources for midlife women searching for answers and a sense of community. Through her work, Rachel has helped hundreds of women regain their confidence and get help managing the challenges that come with midlife. Along with Magnificent Midlife, Rachel is also a blogger, podcaster, and the founder of “The Mutton Club”, an online magazine that celebrates women ages 40 and above.
