Sam described how Embr Labs came to be, telling us how he and his coworkers wanted to create a product that could help people regulate their body temperatures. After speaking to his mother’s menopausal friends about how difficult hot flashes can truly be, Sam realized the kind of impact a temperature-regulating product could have. He also realized that it was important to have those directly affected by body temperature working with him and has continued to hire women who have dealt with hot flashes onto his team.
