In this episode, we have a conversation with Jeanne Delaney Andrus, the menopause guru.  Jeanne is a coach, author and speaker about all things menopause.  Our discussion focuses on a more natural approach to menopausal symptoms and relief by looking at nutrition, exercise, supplements and stress maintenance.

The menopause guru began her own journey with menopause with depression and some other unrecognized symptoms.  She researched diet, exercise and more to find her own way to health and happiness.  After extended research, she decided to help other menopausal women through health coaching and personal training.

Over a decade later, she has helped women all over the globe find natural, holistic ways to diminish the symptoms of hormonal imbalances and chart the trajectory of their own futures.

We have a conversation about her menopausal survival plan that she develops for each client with nutrition, better sleep and exercise. She removes all possible food sensitivities and slowly reintroduces them to see how a client reacts. She then addresses exercise and stress relieving options to improve symptoms. Jeann’s natural approach to menopause also considers certain supplements and over the counter estrogen patches.
