It’s the last episode of season one! We made it! We want to thank all of our incredible listeners and guests for making our first year at Hot Flashes & Cool Topics so wonderful. During this first year, we’ve learned a lot. So much information has come our way, from learning how to code and work social media to educating ourselves on different issues midlife women face. Through our guests, we’ve become well versed on a variety of topics, and we look forward to continuing to learn and grow as we start season two.
Today, we thought we’d look back on our first year as podcasters and the things we’ve learned on our journey. Our triumphs, our failures; we reflect on what starting a podcast as midlife women has been like.
