Colleen:  Welcome back to Hot Flashes and Cool Topics. Today we are talking about style and fashion

with Chellie Carlson. Welcome to the show.

Chellie Carlson:  Oh, I’m so excited to be here.

Colleen: Oh, well, we’re thrilled to have you. You know, we get so many emails from women who are over 50 that

their bodies are changing and they may not be working as much anymore. they don’t know which way

they want to go in their own style. They don’t even know what their own style is at this point. So

we thought it was really interesting. You know, you have the style society, you have the magnetic

style method, but I wanted to start with something I heard you say, which is get rid of like 90%

of your closet.

Chellie Carlson:  Yes. Let’s just dive right into that. So what I found with being in hundreds of

closets. of all different types of women, all different ages and sizes. The number one thing that’s

holding us back is the clutter, holding on to the past versions of yourself,

the sizes, outdated styles, things that you think might come back in style.

Ladies, you will have better style if you walk in that closet and get rid of over half.

Your favorite things are going to come to the surface. You can’t see them right now because they’re

so cluttered and hidden by what’s not serving you right now. And this is for women.

It’s really uncomfortable. Those closets hold a lot of skeletons, lots of shame.

And it’s confronting to go in there and do the work around letting go,

releasing past versions of you.

Bridgett: It’s so funny. When I was doing research for this episode,

I was thinking about, you know, closets and looking in what you say that we hang on to.

And I thought, why do I have the sweatshirt that my daughter wore in fifth grade?

Just because we bought it in Italy, it probably wasn’t even a good quality.

I have the jacket my mother wore in my wedding. Things that I will never wear.

Why do you think people do that with certain items? And I mean, I have, I have now there’s,

I will never get rid of my born in the USA t-shirt that I bought in 1984 at Bruce Springsteen’s

concert. But why do we do that?

Chellie Carlson:  I think it’s scarcity. I think as women,

we feel the more we have, and this is conditioning from the matrix outside of us from childhood,

the more we have, the more abundant we are in. My opinion,

it’s the opposite. The fewer things you have that are higher quality, higher intention and

alignment with you, the more freedom you have. And the clutter is just taking up so much mental

space and energetic space in your life. And we just think, oh, I’ve got to hold on to this because

what if I can’t buy it again? And I know that thought runs through a lot of women’s minds of what

  1. I can’t, whatever reason, like I, I need to hold on.

And then we think having, you know, a massive closet full of clothes is more abundant because

that’s what we’ve been conditioned to believe. So it’s really just the conditioning,

I think, unfortunately.

Bridgett:  And you brought up quality. And that’s another thing that you talk about is

the quality pieces. Can you talk about why maybe buying something just because it’s on sale is

maybe not as good as maybe buying something that is a good quality at full price

that you love.

Chellie Carlson: Absolutely. So I, I love to shift women’s mindset around buying things on sale.

So typically when you, unless you ask yourself, would I pay full price for this?

That’s the question. And if you wouldn’t pay full price for it, then you are just buying it because

it has a sale price on it. And you think that that’s all you deserve,

right? That’s all you’re worthy of. And so when I work with women, we don’t look at price,

really. We don’t look at sale. We only look at what’s in alignment with them.

So the highest quality, I know I’m going to bring in the highest quality within their budget. I

don’t care about the label. designer, I’m going to deliver the value. But for so many of us,

we think, oh, we’ve been since childhood learned from our mothers. Like we can only buy it if it’s

on sale. Right. And what that’s really just telling yourself is like, this is all I deserve. This

is all, you know, I’m worthy of. So what do we do? We buy, say it’s a blazer.

We buy a dozen blazers for under a hundred dollars. Right. When we could buy that one or two really

good quality ones that would last for many years that fit really good and that align with us.

And so it’s asking yourself in every category of your wardrobe, where have I been overbuying in and

just settling for quantity?

Colleen:  Right. You talk about alignment and I think at this stage.

of transition in a lot of women’s lives, they don’t know what aligns with them. So how do you

figure that out?

Chellie Carlson: Yeah. And then that’s why a lot of women, I found a lot of women in their mid and

I’m also midlife, they’re questioning their decisions. So they’re not trusting their choices when

investing in clothes. So they go ahead and just buy the Amazon. They think,

oh, I don’t trust myself. What if I invest in the wrong piece? So I’m just going to buy it on

Amazon and that’s good enough for me, right? So the alignment,

I think it’s all, this is a personal development journey, ladies. This is in style.

There’s so much shame around being a woman and not being able to get dressed. Whereas men,

it’s a different story. But just because you’re a female doesn’t mean you have that style gene.

right? I know I was born with it. It’s in my human design, my gene keys, they all align for this

gift. But most of you ladies out there, that’s not the case. You have other really beautiful zones

of genius, right? You’re really good at your gifts. So back to alignment and trusting. We as women aren’t trusting ourselves.

And I think every day with age and with who I’m becoming,

I’m working on following my instincts and gut, right? But so many women are afraid to invest

because they know they can’t trust if they’re making the right decision, right? And so back to the

personal development journey of getting in the closet, releasing anything that doesn’t serve you,

you probably don’t need to shop. You probably have some really beautiful pieces in that closet.

You can’t see them right now because of all the clutter. It’s overwhelming. So once you find those

beautiful pieces that you already own, my suggestion is to just start wearing them and just seeing

how you feel. and that daily act of getting dressed. The problem is,

ladies, I’ve pulled many groups from my audience to women in retreats that I’ve been with recently,

and they’re getting dressed maybe one to two days a week. Ladies, that’s not going to cut it.

You’re not going to really develop a signature style or an authentic look if you get dressed one

day a week. It’s like expecting to go to the gym once a month and be strong and have lots of

muscle. Style is a muscle and you have to invest time and energy into building it.

So we don’t need to go and do shopping hauls. We need to start with what we own,

get clear on what we love and don’t love, and then wear these looks and see how many compliments

say right now your, your beautiful top Bridgett with the detail on it, you wear it.

How many compliments do you get on it? And just notice like, okay, I look beautiful in this.

It feels good.  It resonates with others that is giving you information. Oh,

I should buy more pieces like this, or I should wear this more often. And that’s how ladies,

you can create more of a signature look. So you stop shopping and start wearing what you own.

Bridgett: Yeah, you hit on so many good things there. I know that how you feel.

I mean, if I do not feel good in what I’m wearing, it ruins my day.

Colleen has experienced this with me.

Colleen: She speaks the truth.

Bridgett:  It’s like, I don’t feel good when I am not wearing what I like.

Chellie Carlson: Your frequency is off.

Bridgett: Right.

Chellie Carlson: You’re focused on, you can’t focus on other people or your work. You’re worried about the fit or if

your pants are too tight. This is the number one thing women are stuffing themselves into bottoms

that don’t fit. And then they’re wondering why they’re uncomfortable and miserable all day because

your pants don’t fit. Size up.

Colleen: Yeah. And that, can we explore that a little bit?

Because I think it’s a concept that women just, it’s so simple to size up.

But it’s so hard for some women to do.

Chellie Carlson:  It’s so hard. It is so deeply. And I’m guilty of this from a

young age of thinking the smaller size I bought, the higher value I was,

the more beautiful I was, the smaller I was. We were conditioned as women from childhood of this

belief. Now it’s unlearning it. And

it’s deep rooted. It’s a wound. And so now the size on the tag,

it doesn’t matter. But so many women, and this is the number one thing I’ve seen in even the

spring, every closet I walked into, the women just needed to size up one to two sizes and they

would feel confident and comfortable in their bottoms. Gone are the days of tight sausage skinny

jeans. Ladies, thank God we don’t have to do that anymore. OK, we can now wear more,

I’d say, generous and forgiving bottoms that we can.

There’s pleats. There’s room. There is no more tight, like really sausagy looks.

And so it’s great for us because we can, like I’m sitting here. And all of my bottoms, I can eat,

I can breathe, I can sleep in them. They’re so comfortable. And so many women don’t think that’s

possible for them. So they just keep buying that same size, thinking that their body is the

problem. And then they think, oh, I’m going to keep buying this size because I’m going to lose that

five pounds. And these are going to fit just fine. So let’s just keep investing in the wrong size.

That is the thought pattern of most women.

They allow me to ultimately remove every bottom that doesn’t fit,

which is most of their wardrobe. It’s confronting. They’ve invested thousands and thousands of

dollars in these bottoms in recent purchases. And I say, you cannot wear those anymore.

They don’t fit. And then once I put them in beautiful fitting ones, we only need a few. So ladies,

you don’t need a dozen jeans. two to three that fit you and feel really good.

So less is more buy higher quality fit and wear them over and over again.

Bridgett: You know,

you also talked about fashion hauls and that is a big thing when you go on social media,

because it’s encouraged, you know, people will send people, they send Colleen and I things.

Yeah. Yeah. We were sent things and you feel like, okay, it’s going to help us,

you know, make some money. for the podcast and here’s our fashion haul and you have all these

things. And do you think that puts an impact on how women are filling up their closets?

Chellie Carlson: It is so, so I honestly don’t follow any influencers, essentially none.

I am, I protect my energy so carefully.

I don’t care what they’re doing or what they’re selling, but I know so many of you ladies out

there are following these incredible, talented women who look really good in these outfits.

They put the link or they say, drop a comment and I’ll give you all the links.

And what that does is her style and her body might not be for you, but you’re thinking,

oh, I want to look like her. So you buy all these things, you send them to your house, you try them

on, nothing fits. You’re exhausted. You’re on this hamster wheel.

It is the cycle. The fashion industry makes money by keeping you on it. I mean,

ultimately, I would say the matrix makes money because they’re keeping women small by having us

constantly looking outside of ourselves for our self-worth. It is the cycle.

And when I work with women, my philosophy is the opposite. You don’t need to be influenced in

your closet to have the pieces that fit your body and your lifestyle right now,

ready to go. And when women work with me, I’ve had women that were shopping addicts. They shopped

daily to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. And I would,

after working with me, they no longer had this urge to shop because everything was ready to go for

them. And so it’s really just as women deciding, you know, I don’t need to do that anymore.

Right. I’m not going to contribute to that. It’s like doom scrolling.

Right. But it’s like, we’re on this constant search for the next shopping is not going to solve

your style problem. Ladies. It’s not, I don’t care how much money you’re throwing at it. You can’t

buy better style until you do this work in your closet and with yourself.

Colleen:  So if you go into your

closet and you’re overwhelmed. Do you start small? Like do you pick pants?

Do you pick like, what do you start with?

Colleen:  Well, I suggest to  everyone I have a free

guide. So I am a master editor. I did. The New York Times came to my home and we did an entire

expose’ on closet editing and my methodology. There’s a free guide on my website. You can print it

out or take it into your closet on your computer. Follow along. We want to buy a rolling rack on

Amazon. Ladies, $60. You must remove everything from your closet.

Okay. And then we’re going to start with each category. We want to start.

with your camisoles sleeveless tops. Go through that. You don’t need 15 black camisoles.

Okay. Maybe we need to remove all the clutter. Then we’re going to move into the t-shirts.

This is a big one for a lot of women. I’ve seen clients with a hundred t-shirts in every color,

and that’s kind of their safety uniform. Please. We don’t need a hundred t-shirts.

Okay. We need a couple that feel good. Edit that category, your blouses.

blazers. And then we move to the bottoms and edit each category, get honest,

put it right on that rack. The only thing should be that category. And then you’re going to start

seeing, okay, I’ve been over buying. What tends to happen is we have that sweet spot for us where

we feel safe buying. It could be denim for you. So when you have this urge of I have nothing to

wear, I need to shop. You buy the same things over and over again. So you’re going to see the

patterns that have come up and you need to just get really honest and just remove any of that

clutter. Start making a shopping list once you see the big holes and have an intentional shopping

list on your phone. And when you’re shopping, you’re only going to buy those pieces that are on

your shopping list, not buy more of what you already have. But editing this way could take some

women four hours. It could be a project, you know, every night for a week, you do an hour and block

it out and take it slow, but you just really, I mean, the fewer pieces you have,

the more, like the less decision fatigue you have.

Bridgett:  what do you do with all those clothes?

Chellie Carlson: Oh boy. That we’re done. Yeah. Yeah. What do we

do with them? Every client’s a little different depending on your market, you might have a,

Salvation Army, you can book a pickup. They can come.

I would just Google in your area and find a, you know,

an organization that speaks to your soul that you want to donate these pieces to. And then if there

is anything of high quality, you can use the RealReal. They’ll come to your home and they’ll sell

for you. So those are my top two recommendations, but we’ve got no dumpster diving.

We got to get it. So many women have bags in their car for a year of things that they’ve been

meaning to get rid of, but they’re just holding on to them in case maybe.

So for seven years, I love to share this. I’ve been editing for seven years ruthlessly. Not one

client has  come back and said, Chellie, remember that one piece that you asked me to

remove? I regret getting rid of it. Never has that happened. You move on.

You start investing better. You don’t look back.

Colleen: So you also talk about getting dressed every day with intention. What is that intention?

Chellie Carlson: Yeah, that intention is to put something on that makes you feel like your best self that day.

And it’s different for everybody. But I know women are waking up every morning doing maybe a little

workout. They’re in their Lululemon black workout gear. They walk in the closet.

They’re overwhelmed. They go ahead and they keep on that workout outfit all day long.

What that tells, it’s basically you’re blending in with every other woman. You are not showing

others who you are, telling them where you’re going. You’re missing a big tool that can ultimately

increase your productivity. Getting dressed every morning can help you make more money. Our brains

need this compartmentalization. So when you put an outfit on the morning that makes you feel like

confident, safe in your body, beautiful, you’re going to be more productive.

Other people will treat you differently. I don’t make the rules. I just want everyone to

understand that we all have to get dressed every morning. We can’t walk around naked.

So you might as well invest time and energy on choosing things that make you feel

beautiful. And it’s different for everyone. You don’t need to get up and put a suit on. OK, ladies,

like I’m working from home today, every day. I get dressed as though I’m seeing a top client and

I’m often just working from home with my team, but it signals to me,

this is my level of self-worth. This is how much I care about myself. And then I’m much more like,

I want to show up on socials more. I know a lot of women, I’d say every single woman, no matter

what industry you’re in or what you’re doing, you are a personal brand, right? Doctors, lawyers.

We all are personal brands and we all want to grow and build community and show up and be more

visible. And when you get dressed in the morning, you’re going to just want to show up more and

share your gifts with the world when you feel more like yourself. So it’s just a tool to help you

feel more like yourself every morning. And I think it’s an act of self-love truly.

It’s, I move my body every morning. I nourish it with really good food and I put clothes on.

That’s the third most important thing is putting clothes on that raise my vibration.

Bridgett: And, you know, you talk about people’s personal style style. So some people like certain things better.

People like something. How do you work with someone to realize what,

what their personal style is? I think a lot of women don’t know they’re trying to, they see

something an influencer is doing something and they keep trying it or in a magazine.

Chellie Carlson: Yeah. And I think it’s about exploring, obviously going, let’s go back to the closet because it all

begins there. I want you, so many women just think shopping is going to be the answer. Let’s wear

what you have and start seeing, you know, what are, like you’re getting stopped on the street when

you wear this certain look, let’s wear it in different ways. Let’s style this.

And then that’s, that becomes your signature look. Right. And you naturally,

then it’s going to constantly evolve. Like that’s the beauty of style. It will in a couple of

months, you’ve changed. Maybe your body’s changed your lifestyle. Like let’s keep up leveling it.

And so then you start seeking out different things. You’re like, Oh, I have this hole that needs to

be filled. How can I intentionally invest in myself? So when I say I need a blazer.

Again, rather than buying five blazers at a hundred dollars, let’s maybe invest in one beautiful

blazer for fall that I’m going to wear over and over again. You don’t need five.

And so then it’s like taking the time to try a few different blazers.

. And decide, okay, this one looks the best. It feels like me. That’s where you want to invest

and you want to invest from your higher self. Like what is my next level self-investing in? You

know, that means investing at a higher price point because that’s the woman you’re becoming.

Like imagine three to five years out, what would I be wearing and where am I going? Now’s the time

to wear those clothes. It’s a manifestation tool because when you feel like her, you become her 10

times faster.

Colleen: Can you talk a little bit about the Style Society and Style Boards?

Chellie Carlson:  Oh yeah! So every month

membership, I’m delivering five style boards to my members’ inboxes.

And these style boards are not by this hottest trend.

There’s no influencing involved. These boards are, okay, ladies,

this is what’s coming up for this upcoming season. Here’s how I can empower you through these

boards to wear and style what you own in different ways. Think outfit formulas.

So many of us, once we create some formulas that work for us, that’s when getting dressed takes

five minutes. So I’m showing them formulas for their life. One month,

we might have a board on, I have a lot of moms that are going to like soccer games and activities.

Like this is a cool mom board showing you different ways to look effortlessly chic

without trying too hard so that you can be comfortable with your child. A lot of.

Corporate women are in my membership. So I also have boards for them of, okay, the workplace dress

code has changed. No longer do you need to be rocking a suit. So now what?

So I’m giving them formulas of, okay, here’s how we’re going to take this trouser. We’re going to

take it to the office and then we’re going to take it out to dinner that night with your husband.

So lots of day to night lifestyle options for them to look at their wardrobe through a different

lens. A lot of women just need that little bit of like confidence boost of like “I

can do that, it’s on this board, this isn’t that hard. I can rock that look.” A lot of women are just afraid to take that step and try something new, so in this membership it’s about taking aligned

action We have a lot of Pinterest boards out there, ladies, of dream wardrobes we want.

I feel they go there to die. In my membership, we have these style boards that help you take

aligned action to create your wardrobe. And it’s a month by month journey.

Style doesn’t happen overnight. So we are on this journey together month after month. And then I do

a Zoom coaching call so they can come and ask me any question. And I’m there to support them. So

it’s like having me in their pocket every month to support them on their journey of growth.

Bridgett: Yeah. And then, you know, you also have something about Outfit Repeating.

Oh, obsessed and because that’s really important too, for travel.

Chellie: Yeah. And we, as women back to the conditioning, we have been conditioned. Don’t be photographed

twice in that outfit. Who are you? I think this is one of the biggest lies we’ve been sold.

And I love buying beautiful pieces and then wearing them over and over again in different ways.

And it saves me time and money. And that’s when I ultimately create a very strong personal brand.

Like people recognize my style because I’m wearing the same things over and over again.

I’m not trying something new. I’m building trust with my audience.

Bridgett: I was going to say,

you also talked about the quality and you did talk about trends because you might buy a piece.

I know there’s people that, and I do myself, I might have a piece that’s 15 years old,

but I actually do wear that. So when you talk about the importance,

like sometimes I think I saw something and I love moto jackets. I love them. I saw something the

other day that said, Oh no, no more moto jackets. Bomber jackets are back. I’m like,

I feel good. I like the moto jacket. I like the way it looks on me.

Chellie Carlson: And if that’s,

that is, that is your personal style. And that is what you should be known for. You don’t need to

go buy a bomber jacket. You just keep doing. And again, the fashion industry, this is how they make

money. They’re constantly changing the silhouettes and styles and selling to us.

So I say, I mean, if you have, you know, pieces that, and it’s taking really good care of them,

you know, I often share, you know, you could have pieces for many years if you take really good

care of them. I have another.

disrupting concept of like, I don’t wash my clothes and for

a lot of women, it ruffles their feathers. Like, what do you mean? You don’t put your clothes in

the washer. I’m like, no, if I put this top in the washer, it would never come out looking the

same. It would never feel the same. The construction, none of it would be the same. So I outfit

repeat where the garment many times spot treat it and then after months and many,

many wears, I will dry clean it. And it comes back looking new. And then I just repeat,

repeat, repeat. It just saves my clothes. My wardrobe looks like new.

And it’s because of how I care for everything. It’s really important.

Colleen: What would you say to women

about accessories and including shoes, but accessories? What should they pick certain pieces to

wear repeatedly?

Chellie Carlson: Absolutely. I think, you know, I love to share my necklace,

this stack. I usually just wear this one by itself. It’s one hook.

I wore this, I received it five years ago. It’s a friend of mine now.

She’s a female designer in LA. The reason I wear this every day is because it’s in alignment with

  1. I can wear it with any outfit and it looks good. It is lightweight.

It has great frequency and it feels like me. So when I don’t wear it, people are like,

wait, why aren’t you wearing your necklace? They’re concerned. So it’s my signature stack. And

ladies, you can find, of course, I could wear a new necklace every day if I wanted. But why do

that? When I found one I invested in and then I love it. So ladies,

you can find whatever that is for you. Maybe it’s more of a dainty chain. Or it could be a chunkier

piece like this. And you just wear it over and over again with everything.

And see how people respond to that too. I’d love to drop in on shoes.

I’m all about comfort. It’s the number one thing with wardrobe and shoes.

But most importantly, shoes. Ladies, gone are the day of the high heels. It’s over.

We don’t need them.

Colleen:Thank goodness.

Bridgett: Yay. No more pain.

Chellie: No more, unless it’s for a really special occasion and you like heels, you do you. I don’t, they hurt my

feet. I want to stand and be able to walk everywhere I go and live my best life in shoes and

you can have comfort and style. There are so many awesome brands out there right now that are

designed to give you comfort and style.

Bridgett:  I saw, I think it was one of your Instagram posts about you

don’t have to, you know, be uncomfortable. And when your feet are bad,

everything’s ruined.

Chellie:  Everything’s ruined.

Everything. Forget about it. Misery. Yes. Yeah. That’s so true.

Bridgett: Colleen, I know at your daughter’s wedding.

we all had flats in our purses that we all put on and were

ready to go.

Chellie Carlson: Yeah. Be comfortable. Honestly, it’s just, and I want to share with my,

I know a really strong limiting belief. We haven’t gotten into limiting beliefs yet, but for my

petite women who I work with so many every season. They have a very strong limiting belief around,

“I have to wear a platform or heel or I look short.” And ladies,

I’m here to let you know, you do not have to do that. You can still wear a little tiny kitten heel

and maybe more of a pointed toe. If your look is balanced,

no one is going to be looking at the shoe. So let’s focus on balancing your body and a beautiful

look. And then you can also wear a flat, comfortable shoe on the bottom. Okay.

You’re free. Yeah!

Colleen: can we introduce limiting beliefs? That’s kind of where we were.

Chellie Carlson: This is, I think this is my life’s work is helping women unlock what’s been holding them back their

entire lives. I think the number one limiting belief I have seen in the past few years is with our

legs. I walk into closets and women, there’s no shorts. And I say, okay,

do you wear shorts? Tell me what’s going on here. And these ladies are in warm markets. Okay.

They should be wearing shorts. And they say, no, my legs aren’t good enough. I don’t want to wear

shorts, Chellie. So I, I receive, I’m like, okay, noted the fourth look I put her in,

in her styling appointment, when she flies to LA are a beautiful pair of shorts with a full.

Look, she gets uncomfortable, of course, but I put her in front of the mirror. She looks at herself

and she’s like, Chellie, I look beautiful in shorts. And that literally just unblocks all of the

years. She’s like, I haven’t worn them since childhood. This isn’t just one client I’m talking

about. I would say five to seven. in the past year have had this exact same blockage around shorts.

The skin on my knee, Shelly, or I have varicose veins or this or that.

And ladies, when you have a beautiful look on and you feel comfortable and confident, no one’s

looking at your legs. They feel how beautiful you feel in your body.

And that is all that they notice. So I set women free to just wear.

What, you know, they’ve been conditioned. Another client said, my boss told me, you know, 20 years

ago, I shouldn’t wear skirts. She hadn’t worn a skirt in 20 years because of an ex-boss.

And we put her in skirts and she’s like, I look amazing. And now, so it’s this freedom.

The next most biggest concern is our arms, ladies. We’re all hiding our arms.

I know this because I struggled with this most of my life. I felt like my shoulders and my arms

were bigger and I would just kind of play small like all of us women sort of do.

And now I’m in my mid 40s, almost 50. I’m showing my arms.

I don’t care. We’ve been conditioned to believe our arms have to be like sticks. It’s not the case.

It’s not real. And when you have on a look that again, balances you, you feel comfortable in a

sleeveless top. No one’s focused on your arms. Okay. So I show women how beautiful they can look

without just finding more balance and then not focusing on that body part.

So it’s just so powerful to watch a woman just who’s been running these stories her entire life,

change that narrative in a couple of hours. She’s literally a different person.

And that’s the magic of what I do through style.

Bridgett: And, you know, another thing too, it’s, it doesn’t matter your size. Like you took, like you have

clients of all types of sizes and budgets.

So, if somebody wanted to use you and they don’t live near you, how does that work?

Chellie Carlson: We’ve got the Style Society, we have beautiful women all over the world in

that. And it’s a $555 investment for the full year. So very low risk,

a great investment. And then my one-on-one clients are all over the country, actually in all of

the world. I work with women. So I come to you, no matter where you’re at, I can work with you,

New York. We have Palm beach.

Nashville, Chattanooga. We’ve got two clients in Chattanooga right now, a couple in Nashville. So

I, I have access to come to women, no matter where you’re at. So the one-on-one is just,

it’s a life changing, you know, we collapse what could take you 10 years in less than 30 days.

You’ll never look or feel the same in your body.

Colleen: Well, Chellie, thank you so much.

We’re going to make sure all of your information and your website are on our show notes, but thank

you for doing so much for women to feel good at this time of life. We appreciate it.

Chellie: It’s an honor.
