Every woman goes through menopause, and yet, we all experience a wide variety of menopause symptoms. Weight gain, hot flashes, migraines; these issues vary in severity between every woman, and when left alone, can often become increasingly more difficult to endure. Jennifer Harrington, experiencing similar symptoms due to PCOS, went searching for an effective solution to manage and get rid of her pain. It wasn’t until she found Naturopathy that Jennifer finally felt like herself again. The pain was gone, she was fertile, and even her cycles regulated themselves. Now, a certified Naturopath, Jennifer uses her experience to help other women just like herself. Her business, Menopause Natural Solutions, offers natural treatments for women who are struggling with perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms and has helped midlife women worldwide. Jennifer Harrington

When Jennifer Harrington was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) in her early twenties, she sought effective solutions for the sudden pains and potential infertility she was facing. She tried oral contraceptives, and after experiencing negative side effects, Jennifer decided to try a different path for treatment: Naturopathy. When trying Naturopathy, her pain disappeared, her fertility returned, and her period cycles regulated. After receiving such positive results, Jennifer decided to quit her job and become a certified naturopath to help other women just like her. She worked at several clinics in Sydney, Australia and opened her own clinic in 2010. After seeing so many clients struggling with menopause and perimenopause, Jennifer decided to open Menopause Natural Solutions in 2014, a clinic that offers natural therapies to help women manage and even get rid of symptoms related to menopause. Jennifer is also an author, and her book, From Invisible to Invincible, helps women take control and find natural treatments for their menopause. Jennifer is also a mother, blogger, and podcaster.
