Caroline Conner, also known as “Wine Dine Caroline”, is an Oxford graduate who has been working within the wine industry for over a decade. She offers virtual classes and courses that will help you to expand your wine horizons and find your own wine preferences. Your taste buds will definitely thank you! In this episode, we discuss wine tasting, wine preservation, and all of the different wine types.

Caroline Conner

Caroline has been working in the wine industry for over a decade. While studying at Oxford, she decided to join a wine club, where she found herself drinking and discussing all things wine. After graduating with a BA in Archaeology and Anthropology, Caroline went on to study at Le Cordon Blue, a culinary school in London. Now living in Lyon, France, Caroline shares her passion for wine with the world through virtual wine tastings and online courses. For her, it is important to educate those who love and are curious about wine in a fun and accessible way!

Her classes are open to anyone worldwide. You also get to drink while you learn!
How It Works
- All classes are conducted through Zoom
  - During classes you drink and discuss wine tasting technique
What To Drink During Classes?
- It’s up to you!
  - There are no specific brands or specialized alcohol required to have during class sessions
  - Caroline may suggest a certain type of wine (Prosecco, red wine, etc.), but the brand and kind can be whatever you want
Private Wine Tastings
- Caroline offers private wine tastings along with her virtual classes
  - Classes start at €150-200 ($162-225) and can go up to €300-400 ($337-450)
